An Akashic Records reading is more like a conversation with your soul that comes through via Elis. The information and guidance is given while you remain in a normal state of consciousness. A QHHT session involves entering a deep Theta hypnotic state, where your Subconscious can both reveal insights and also initiate physical, emotional, and energetic healing process. Both methods complement each other in many ways but they can be used separately.

Akashic Records provide guidance and what is helpful & important for you to know at this particular moment in time. No traditional follow ups are needed. Most people receive all they need in one QHHT session or one Akashic Records reading. Some choose to return for deeper exploration some months after when perhaps their life circumstances change or when they want to know more about new themes or life challenges. You’ll know intuitively if and when you might need another session. 

Akashic Records reading is available to everyone except children under 18 years old.

We cannot use the QHHT method on people with schizophrenia/psychosis, Alzheimer’s or children.

However, in these cases we can do a surrogate session with a  loved one, such as a parent or guardian.
